Dr. Zlatin is the owner and founder of Eye Q Optometrist in New York. He holds a Doctorate from the New England College of Optometry, is a longstanding member of the American Optometric Association, and the New York State Optometric Association. He is also a proud member of The American Academy of Orthokeratology and Myopia Control. He is New York States first Fellowship trained Orthokeratologist. In 2002 he became one of the first doctors to be FDA Certified in the procedure of Corneal Refractive Therapy. Dr. Zlatin's patient care interests include specialty contact lenses, Scleral lenses and pediatric eye care and myopia control. He is a provider for the InfantSee program, which affords all infants between the ages of 6 and 12 months a comprehensive eye examination at no charge to the family. He provides for the treatment and management of eye disease and visual disorders for patients of all ages. He is fluent in Hebrew and English.

Danielle J. Feder, O.D.


Dr. Danielle J. Feder graduated cum laude from the University of Richmond with a Bachelors of Arts degree in Medical Business and earned her Doctorate degree from the State University of New York College of Optometry in New York City. Dr. Feder is a member of the American Optometric Association, the Connecticut Association of Optometrists and the New York State Optometric Association. She has extensive training in glaucoma treatment, diagnosis and management of diabetic and hypertensive retinopathy, pediatric and binocular vision disorders and vision therapy. Dr. Feder’s training includes externships at Woodhull Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY, East New York Diagnostic and Treatment Center, and Ezra Medical and Mental Health Center specializing in pediatrics and vision therapy. She sees patients of all ages for comprehensive full scope medical exams, contact lens fittings, prescribing glasses, and pre/post operative cataract exams.

Shinjini Bose, O.D.


Dr. Shinjini Bose received her Doctorate from the New England College of Optometry. Her clinical experience includes an internship at Dorchester House Health Center in Boston, where she gained experience with pediatric patients in primary eye care. Dr. Bose also interned at Providence VA Medical Center. Here Dr. Bose treated many veterans with common eye conditions such as glaucoma, cataracts, and macular degeneration. She has also participated in the vision screening program (Opening Eyes) at the NJ Special Olympic Games.

Jessica Rauch, O.D.


Dr. Jessica Rauch is a third-generation optometrist and has been working in eye care from a young age. Dr. Rauch received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan. She earned her Doctorate from Michigan College of Optometry. Dr. Rauch has had experience at the Detroit VA Hospital, Eglin Airforce Base, The University of Michigan Kellogg Eye Center, and primary care/medical optometry settings in NYC.

Dr. Rauch has extensive experience in primary care exams and contact lens fitting and care. She has robust clinical training in the diagnosis and management of ocular surface disease, dry eye, allergic conjunctivitis, cataracts, macular degeneration, glaucoma, and many other conditions. She loves treating patients of all ages.

Dr. Rauch lives in and is an active member of the Upper West Side community and participates in many local school activities and volunteer organizations.
